The Cannabis Golfers Association was created to connect the cannabis community within and outside legal states. Our community is over scrutinized and under developed as majority of operators are doomed to fail. However, the CGA is here to connect, market, network, and connect like minded business owners, consumers, and service providers in the space.

Many individuals and corporation entering the cannabis industry do not realize the overwhelming amount of regulation, costs, and difficulties that comes with the business. Our platform is meant to assist companies of all sizes by connecting cultivators, seed providers, operators, legal, accounting, and politicians together. Having the ability to network with specialized operators gives businesses the opportunity to succeed.

Tommy Chong

Thomas B. Kin Chong (born May 24, 1938) is a Canadian-American comedian, actor, musician and activist. He is known for his role/inspiration in the marijuana industry, his marijuana-themed Cheech & Chong comedy albums and movies with Cheech Marin, and playing the character Leo on Fox‘s That ’70s Show. He became a naturalized United States citizen in the late 1980s

Hill Harper

Frank Eugene “Hill” Harper (born May 17, 1966) is an American actor and political candidate. He is known for his roles as Dr. Sheldon Hawkes in CSI: NY, Agent Spelman Boyle in Limitless, and Dr. Marcus Andrews in The Good Doctor.

A member of the Democratic Party, Harper is running in the 2024 United States Senate election in Michigan to fill the seat of retiring incumbent Democratic Senator Debbie Stabenow.

Darren McCarthy

Darren Douglas McCarty (born April 1, 1972) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward, best known for his years playing with the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL). McCarty has been known for taking on the role of the Red Wings enforcer most of his career, a role in which he won the Stanley Cup four times in 1997, 1998, 2002, and 2008, the last of which after resurrecting his career in the Red Wings minor league system.

McCarty spent much of his childhood in the small town of Leamington, Ontario, playing for the Southpoint Capitals (OMHA) minor teams.

The Cannabis Golfers Association sponsorships are for networking, marketing, and connecting with like minded companies and individuals.

It is a unique way to engage potential clients outside of the traditional office setting. You can engage golfers and other sponsors while they are enjoying their day as well. The CGA has Hole, Networking, Golf Cart, and Club House sposnors for our events. Our goal is to target local businesses inside the cannabis industry who can service individuals and companies. In addition, we target investors, mutli-state operators, and large companies such as packaging, software, and other ancilary services.
